My Story... so far.

I have experienced first hand what a powerful tool for life running can be.

It has taken me to amazing places, enabled me to embrace exciting challenges and most important of all, introduced me to some incredible people and the energy of a supportive community.

It's this opportunity to be part of something fun, adventurous and supportive that I want to share with you.

From being a high performing athlete to starting my own business and as a mum of four – my journey through life has involved collaboration with and support of others.

My mission is to unlock the potential within each of my clients. I work with runners of all abilities and with diverse aspirations. Together, we focus on developing fitness, building mental and physical strength, and cultivating confidence and self-belief.

My coaching philosophy is shaped not only by formal run and health coaching qualifications but also by my personal running experiences, and the insights gained from working with hundreds of clients.

Each client has taught me valuable lessons, helping me to refine a coaching style that balances physical and mental training. A dual approach that is essential for unlocking true potential.
