As an experienced runner and a UKA qualified run coach, I have worked with a wide range of runners achieve their goals at distances from 5km to ultramarathons. I relish entering into your journey with you, investing in your hard work and enjoying your successes as much as you do!

Having an individualised, flexible coaching plan is the best way to develop your running. Coaching not only provides structure but also support, confidence and accountability. I provide the knowledge and experience so you can rest assured you're in safe hands and only have to focus on the important part: getting the actual work done!

How does it work?

Contact me so we can arrange a convenient time for a chat. We will chat all about your running history, your lifestyle and your dreams and ambitions. There's no pressure to commit to anything at this stage.

If you'd like to begin coaching, I then craft a training plan 100% personalised to you, taking into account of your current level of fitness, your strength and weaknesses and the time you have available to train. We remain in close contact to ensure the sessions fit perfectly and you're able to make running weave into your life. If anything needs modifying, I will do this.

 

As a coach I put a strong emphasis on communication and love building a close relationship with my clients. Your goal is my goal.

OFF THE PEG TRAINING PLANS

Who is this for?

New to running? Perhaps you've started and want to push yourself a little further. These training plans are perfect for those who don't want to invest in personal coaching but want the confidence and structure to know they're on the right path. 

​

What will you get?

I have written ready-to-go training plans for a huge range of abilities and distances. I have pre-made training plans for  runners looking to complete a 'couch to 5km', those looking to complete their first half or full marathon and even plans for someone wanting to tackle the Marathon des Sables. 

​

How does it work?

Hit the link below to email me. Let me know your current level of fitness and your goals and, calling on years of experience across ultras and shorter distance racing, I will provide a plan to suit you.

 

Past clients have used my plans to run a 5km, improve their 10K times, compete in half and marathon races and even compete at a high level in ultras..

Perpetual Motion run groups mix a perfect blend of accountability social motivation in a low-pressure, informal environment where the focus is wholly on having fun through running.

I totally understand how daunting joining a group for the first time can be. But trust me - there is a group for you and I will ensure you're in the right place to balance having fun while getting fit!
