Stronger together S&C - Autumn
In this class we aim to improve muscle activation and recruitment as well as strengthening joints and ligaments. In so doing we are developing our over all stability and strength. Great to support our running but importantly to also support us in our every day lives.

Strength classes start back at 9.00am on Thursday 11th September
Half term week is 30th October and we will not meet that week.
Classes on Thursday 18th September, 6th, 13th and 20th November will be recorded sessions as I am away racing.
Our last class with be Thursday 18th December.
