Come and join this fun, shortened version of the Backyard Ultra!

It's inclusive, challenging and a whole heap of fun.

We have 2 challenges for you.

The mighty:

You have 60mins in which to complete a stunning 6km loop. You will start and end each loop at the Glove Factory Studios. Once you have crossed the line of each lap you have the remainder of the hour to rest, eat, regroup and chat.

You have 10 hours to compete as many of the 6km loops as you are able. You do not have to complete all 10, come and do as many are you are able before you are timed out and not able to make the start for the next loop!

If you can see it through to the end you will bag yourself a very creditable 40miles/64km.

The mini:

For those who have time restraints or who want to dip their toe into this kind of race. I have a 3 hour option. You can start your 3 hours on the hour of your choice between 8am or 3pm. You will simply dovetail in with those on the 'mighty' version. In this version see how many you can do in a 3 hour window following the same format of 6km on the hour for 3 hours.

I you see the 3 hours out you will have punched 18km, a fine target.

We will use this gorgeous location as our HQ. We have a big warm, dry room as our base. There is ample parking and toilets on hand! If you have family who would like to come and watch, they are more than welcome and there are some really lovely dog walking trails too.

There will be unlimited tea and coffee, cakes, fruit and other goodies for you during the event. Please do also bring any race nutrition you know particularly suits you to keep you fuelled for the duration.
