4 x 4 x 48 - thank you David Goggins
This is a challenge that will require both a strong body and mind. It will test you whatever your current fitness level. It's not about how fast you run but more about being able to stick it out, digging in, showing your metal! So here it is: 4 x 4 x 48 (thank David Goggins for the idea!) That means: 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. The details: Run any route you like, run on a treadmill, run with friends, run round in circles multiple times run out and back run on road or trail Hey, can't run then walk, bike, the skateboard doesn't matter. We will start the challenge Friday 23rd at 4pm. This will mean the last run will be12pm Sunday, all in good time for a relaxing half term... We will be in touch over Zoom ahead of each run. Sharing the love, the highs, the lows, and the stories that will make this what it is. We will support and encourage and together break it down. It will certainly be a challenge you won't forget.
