This is my go to after a workout, I really look forward noshing it down in the final stages of my runs:)
The best things about it are:
1) the flavour
2) its super simple to make
3) almost always have these ingredients in the kitchen!
4) it packs a punch with lots of good fat, carbs and proteins.
1 banana
1/4 to 1/2 avocado
1 large teaspoon of peanut butter
2 eggs
Half a pint of milk
You could always add extras like nuts and oats.
